Dorking Cricket Club is proudly committed to equality and inclusion across cricket and beyond. This season we are taking proactive steps to significantly increase the number of women and girls involved in playing, coaching, decision making, umpiring, volunteering, and enjoying our club.

Girls Coaching Sessions
(No Previous Experience Necessary)
In the coming weeks we are introducing coaching session for girls only, in order to build confidence for those coming into the game at a later stage. These will be on Wednesday evenings in Pixham from those aged in the U8’s team and above. (Time TBC)

Senior Women’s Team
(No Previous Experience Necessary)
For the first time ever, we will be forming a senior women’s team at DCC. You don’t have to be Heather Knight or Tammy Beaumont! This will be a soft ball team t start with and we’ll have fun learning, progressing, and developing our team together. Girls from U14’s upwards are eligible to play for this team.

To give our women and girls initiatives the very best chance of success we need to build upon our small but enthusiastic team. If you can support with coaching, organising sessions, fundraising, marketing, or anything to get things moving then we’d love to hear from you.
